6. Knowledge of CMS(Content Management System) best practices
7. Discussing with the client and get the content requirements and plan the work
8. Planning and allocating work to team members
9. Managing team and updating the status to international clients
10. Experience in DevOps tools (TFS, GIT, Azure DevOps, etc)
11. Experience in Report generation (Weekly Status report, Daily status report, Release reports)
12. Experience in 1 CMS tool (Sitecore) tool is compulsory and more than 2 is added advantage
13. Experience in content migration is added advantage
