Acting as an anchor for Product Releases
- Facilitate release planning and review meetings in collaboration with SM,PO/PMs
- Develop and consolidate cross functional release plans and launch schedules
- Perform risk assessment and implement responses throughout the release
- Track open issues, risks and drive the core team to consensus and closure
- Act as liaison with various functions (e.g., Development, Product Management, Testing, documentation, UX) to expedite decisions, bring alignment
- Develop metrics for objective measurements and use the inferences for systematic improvement across organisation
- Support product management and leadership in review and validation of product roadmap
- Support customer boot camps, beta programs in collaboration with cross functional teams
- Orchestrate and streamline hands on product specific workshops & trainings for new releases
Acting as an anchor for internal improvement initiatives
- Support leadership team in organizational change management
- Act as a process champion in agile journey of the organization and lead key transformation initiatives.
- Build solid, integrated program plans by working with multiple stakeholders across the functions.
- Proactively manage risks and dependencies.
- Provide clear, concise, transparent, and insightful communication to the executives as well as various teams.
Required Experience And Skills
At least 8 to 10 years of experience in program management, release management and delivering enterprise-class software and SaaS solutions.
- Tenacity to deal with tough behaviours, managing conflicts irrespective of titles of people involved
- Should have managed product releases with virtual teams
- Self-starter who enjoys problem-solving with little direct supervision. Ability to learn quickly and just in time.
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership for end-to-end program lifecycle.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-organized with excellent time management skills.
- Considerable experience using with Jira, Confluence and collaborative tools
